Professor Edward J. Delp to receive Honorary Doctorate from Tampere University

Professor Edward J. Delp will receive an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Technology from the Tampere University of Technology in Finland. The degree will be awarded May 17, 2002 in Finland. Professor Delp received a Distinguished Visiting Professor Award from the same university in 1999, and has been a visiting professor at the Tampere International Center for Signal Processing since 1998.
