Bobbi Mooney will be leaving Purdue at the end of May. She has served as the Mechanical Engineering site specialist for six years. Bobbi completed her masters degree in Computer Science while at Purdue. She and her family will be moving to the Houston area where she has accepted a position with Shell Oil. In her new position, Bobbi will be instrumental in setting up a new UNIX work-station computing support division.
Jon Jump, Electrical Engineering site specialist, will be leaving Purdue in April to join the staff of Science Applications International Corporation (SAI) in San Diego. In California, Jon will be programming using X11 on Sun workstations to process (in human understandable form) data that is being currently generated from various research projects. Jon has been the site specialist at Electrical Engineering since July 1986.
