4UNIX Hotline

The 4UNIX Hotline and Consulting Desk is again in operation. This consulting service is designed for those who have exhausted other means of obtaining help with their UNIX/ECN questions, such as:

• searching manuals
• talking to their site consultants
• checking with their site specialist

Access to the 4UNIX consultants can be done either by phoning the 4-UNIX Hotline at `4UNIX' (48649) or on a walk-in basis (MSEE, Room 104). Both the hotline and consulting service operate between the hours of 10:30AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday during Fall semester. Call the hotline next semester to check on operation hours.
