[previous article] [next article]Lotus 1-2-3 is now available on all Sun3/Sun4's. 1-2-3 is a spreadsheet capable of organizing numerical data and performing complex calculations. It also performs many database functions such as searches and sorts. Most functions are selected from a menu, either by typing the first letter of the menu item or by highlighting the item and pressing Return.
To begin using 1-2-3 run "/usr/unsup/setup123" to set up your environment. Then type 123. A blank worksheet will appear. Press F1 to display the the help menu and use the arrow keys to highlight "About Help". Instructions are given how to proceed.
Lotus 1-2-3 manuals are available for loan at the Potter Library.
