SMALLTALK will disappear in December 31, 1994. The Purdue University Computing Center and Computer Science are dropping their support for the campus Smalltalk license.
The current usage level of Smalltalk at ECN does not justify spending general funds to maintain the Smalltalk license. Therefore, unless sufficient need becomes known or other funds become available, Smalltalk will not be generally available on ECN systems after December 1994.
