Curtis Smith joins the Engineering Computer Network as the Grissom Site Specialist. He is in charge of computer resources for Industrial, Aeronautical & Astronautical, and Nuclear Engineering.
He recently held a position at Micro Data Base Systems, a local computer software company that specializes in database software that runs on a variety of platforms, from PCs to Sun Microsystem servers. Curtis was in charge of programming a project that would answer SQL database queries, as well as administrating the computer development network.
When not answering users' questions, he spends his time biking, watching science fiction or comedy movies, petting his three cats Ra, Riogi and Gollom, or fighting off his three roommates, GT, Tony and Galen over the last piece of pizza.
