Purdue's Library Web Has a New Look

When looking for information on the Web, the last place many people would look is in a library. But, here at Purdue University, the library should be the first place to look.

The THOR+ new look is coming to your desktop during January. The Libraries Web Team has been hard at work creating a new look for THOR+ for the past semester and it is now nearly ready. Barring any unforeseen problems we will be making the new look public in mid-January

The new look emphasizes our people role right from the beginning having an image of students and staff in the Libraries. The initial image is a "clickable" image map so that graphic interface users can point and click. Lynx users still have full access through a text version that is on the same page.

A table of contents has been added so that users, from a single page, can browse through major pages on our web site!
