Seeking Assistance

The Engineering Computer Network has recently placed three new assistance forms on the World Wide Web. These forms are designed to aid ECN users who are seeking assistance with computer questions or difficulties.

Trouble Reporting
The first form, Trouble Reporting System, is intended to be used by those who wish to

The Trouble Reporting System can be accessed from the Engineering Computer Network homepage and selecting on the Seeking Assistance button.

Price Quotes
The second form, Price Quoting System, is for faculty, staff and students who are considering

and would like the ECN to provide price information. This form is found under the Seeking Assistance button on the ECN homepage.

Software Problems
The third form, Software Problems, is available to aid users who have software questions or who are experiencing software difficulties. This is the place to ask questions like "How do I insert a graphic in an xwp document?" or "Why does my account freeze when I run programs X, Y and Z simultaneously." The Software Assistance form can also be located with the other assistance forms through ECN's homepage.
