The HP Support Desk Is Created
NO NAME NEWSLETTER -- September 1996

Through the cooperation of the Engineering Computer Network,
Hewlett-Packard and the ECE School, the HP Support Desk
was created last February. Some of the functions of the
HP Support Desk include:

Providing user support for the HP workstations maintained by
the ECN. This includes answering questions users may have
on how to use or do certain things on the HP workstations.

Answering technical questions about the HP Workstations, HPUX,
HP VUE (and CDE), HP products and HP in general.

Providing information on HP products such as pricing, system
configuration, and other technical details and specifications.
-
Providing any other service needed by the Purdue community relating
to HP workstations and other related resources.

are posted along with other HP related news and articles
