Notes on Resume Access Control
Right now there are 2 realms of visibility, The Web and Resume Books. You can decide to have your resume be visible in one, both, or neither of these realms. the differences are described below.
- The Web
- Resumes visible to The Web are visible to anyone on the internet. They may be searched for key words and other information.
- Resume Books
- Resumes made visible to Resume Books are not immediately visible to anyone, but may be included in any resume books generated by anyone your department.
It is important to note that administrators are the only people who can generate resume books, and that they can see your resume and change it's visibility no matter what your visibility is set to.
