Printing Your Resume
In order to print your resume you must be viewing it, either after
creating a new one or by selecting the View Your Current Resume
option from the Account Maintenance
page.
Once you are viewing your resume, and you are happy with it, click on
the Print View link on the bottom of the page. This link
will take you to a page where you will be given the option of what
format you would like the document in.
- Webpage
- This will generate a webpage with out the borders
and other noise. Suitable for printing or publishing
on another website.
- PostScript
- This format is popular on Unix machines, and some
employers may prefer this format.
- PDF
- Adobe's Portable Document Format is very popular
and viewers are available for many different
operating systems. This format will give you
very nice output for printing.
- Plain Text
- This is a "no frills" output format. some employers
prefer text-only resumes as they are easier to scan in
to databases.
I suggest you take a look a the different formats and decide which
one you like best.
