Purdue University, the
University of Missouri-Rolla,
theUniversity of Wisconsin-Milwaukee,
the U.S. Naval Academy,
the U.S. Navy Postgraduate School,
and the
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign,
is a group principally concerned with the analysis, simulation,
control, and design of electrical energy conversion and
distribution with particular emphasis on systems and components
found on marine, ground, and aerospace vehicles. Specific areas
of interest include power electronics, electric machinery,
terrestrial and finite inertia power systems, and electric drive
and actuation systems.
ESAC is a member
of the
Electromechanical/Mechatronics Systems Laboratory.
