Registration Information to Attend ICPP 2004.

General conditions:

• There are two types of registration available -- regular registration and a reduced-rate student registration.
• Both types of registration will allow you to attend both the conference and the workshop sessions, the reception, and the banquet. Lunches and coffee breaks also are included.
• With each registration you will receive copies of both the conference and workshop proceedings.
•     Use this registration form.
•     Please send with your registration a check in US Dollars that can be drawn on a US bank.
•     Registration using credit card is also possible.
