Preparing Input for Analysis

When you first start WinCONPOINT

When you first start WinCONPOINT, you are presented with two options:

Prepare Data for Analysis -- this option takes you directly to the Add Analysis Scenario Dialog where you can specify input variables yourself or use the default values provided by the program.

Skip these dialogs -- this option takes you to the main interface for the program. From the main interface, you can load and save your progress, modify the input scenario queue, execute an analysis, or output data.

If you are using WinCONPOINT for the first time, it is best to click 'Prepare Data for Analysis' and begin to familiarize yourself with the use of WinCONPOINT.

Preparing Input from the main interface.
There are two ways to access the input features in WinCONPOINT, the main menu bar and the button toolbar.
